Page Hilltop School

Page Hilltop School provides educational opportunities for approx. 575 students in Preschool - Grade 5. We strive to teach our students life skills and character-education as well as all core academic subjects. We involve our students in various community service activities. We also support inter-generational opportunities as well as support for members of the armed services.

The mission of the Ayer Shirley Regional School District is to educate - and to graduate - all of our students, and to foster a safe and respectful environment where each student develops the skills, character, and values needed to become a productive member of the global society. We are heading into our third year as a regional school district although Page Hilltop School, itself, has been active for numerous decades. Our school was originally two separate schools: Page & Hilltop. Ayer has a distinguished history of military tradition as it was the home of Ft. Devens with upwards of 15,000 troops.
