Veteran Homestead, Inc. is a 501(3)c not for profit organization which provides services for Veterans. Create by Vietnam veteran, Leslie Lightfoot, Veteran Homestead is an independent organization that provides housing, rehabilitation and care to U.S. Armed Service Veterans from across the nation who are elderly, disabled or diagnosed with a terminal illness.

Veteran Homestead has (6) residential programs which provide services to veterans of all ages and demographics.

The Northeast Veteran Training and Rehabilitation Center in Gardner, MA serves our wounded heroes from Iraq and Afghanistan wars and their families. Veteran Hospice Homestead and Armistice Homestead in Fitchburg and Leominster provides a warm and compassionate environment for 27 medically fragile veterans. Hero Homestead in Leominster is a 15 substance free facility assisting veterans with substance abuse and mental health issues, The Veteran Victory Farm in Fitzwilliam, NH is an 80-acre working organic farm offers substance free, permanent housing to veterans seeking safe and independent living. Hacienda de Veteranos 12 bed substance free in Caguas, Puerto Rico the only one of its kind.
